Bodywork with Lola
I offer bodywork and energywork 1o1 sessions for deep relaxation and inner transformationI have been practicing Japanese massage for the last 7 years (Shiatsu and acupressure) and I use a wide array of modalities including Reiki, Energywork and griefwork. From this, I have developed a holistic approach working fully with body, mind and subconscious. It is ...✨... a non-cognitive approach, holding space for the body and the whole system to readjust itself (including emotions and subconscious beliefs).✨ ... a subtle dance between softness and depth, giving priority to the rhythm of the body. Because the body generally knows what it needs.✨... a space of deep relaxation and nurturing, out of time and daily concerns to reconnect to true feelings and your authentic sense of self. Here is what can be expected after a session:- feeling anew, refreshed rejuvenated
- feeling lighter
- feeling recharged
- having accessed new information and insights from the body and system
- having transformed and released what was no longer necessary to hold on to➡️ Sessions take place in Studio für KörperAufmerksamkeit Körtestr. 8 Südstern

Korean zen grief ritual
in the tradition of zen master Seung Sahn

I invite you to a non cognitive transmutation space through chanting and sitting meditation.Kwan Seum Bosal, also known as Kwan Yin, is the Goddess of compassion in Korean zen Buddhism, she provides the energy of unconditional love and kindness which allows suffering to transform.
Chanting this mantra over and over for an hour, we will create together a field of compassion that will be able to hold our current process, may it be grief, emotional load or the pain of the world. We chant together but we stay in our processes individually, you facing you. This is an opportunity to gain clarity and feel what is really happening inside, beyond stories and cognition. Please be aware that this is not a singing circle, this is not a space to be witnessed in your process, this is a Buddhist meditation practice to recycle emotions and develop unconditional compassion.

Dealing with Eco anxiety
A transformative workshop for those who worry about the state of the earth, for activist and friends of the earth who would like to reflect on eco anxiety and difficult emotions related to this topic. This is a guided, open, dialog space to explore collectively new narratives and new ways to adress the eco crisis, fully including its emotional dimension. What is your emotional relationship to the suffering of the earth? How do you feel when confronted with its current situation? We will take a look at these questions through the lense of the Karpman triangle, also known as Drama Triangle. It is a relational framework that maps instances in three categories: the victim, the savior and the perpetratorWhile we start our exploration with words, we will continue by using movement and voice to explore how we may sometimes act out one or several of these archetypes.
For example, "how does it feel in my body to be the victim of climate change? "After an embodied exploration and dialog, we will dream and share new ways of relating to the earth

Philosophy and inspiration
Hello,
My name is Lola,
After training and working as a biomedical engineer, I chose to put my energy mainly on providing body wellbeing and relief through my massages.
Between 2017 and 2019, I trained in shiatsu in Italy in the school of Zen Master Tsetsugen Serra
https://www.monasterozen.it/servizi/zen-shiatsu/
and then continued enriching my practice by studing different modalities and teachings Somatic non violent communication, Reiki and Shamanism over the last 5 years.
I have been walking the korean buddhism zen way for 9 years now and this strong practice has been the basis of embodiment, clarity and compassion to develop the art of massage that I offer now. After sitting numerous silent zen retreats (over 9 months in total) and practicing on hundred and hundred bodies, I have been engineering my own approach to the human body and how to bring it safety, relief and well being.
Here is a list of some inspirations which can inform about my training and influences:
the Korean zen teachings of Zen Master Seung Sahn https://musangsa.org
A book recommendation to approach this universe is "Dropping ashes on the Buddha" Zen Master Seung Sahn
The teachings on non violent communication by Issâ Padovani
To get an idea and background of what happens in my somatic coaching sessions, I recommend the book "The body keeps the score" by Bessel van der Kolk
Some personal ethical inspiration from the work of Rob Brezny, The thruth and beauty lab
